  I am not new to Bayou Urgent care, Dr. Fernandez is amazing and I regard him highly. However, my last time there I was left speechless with how I was treated by the new NP. Not only was I barely taken seriously, she had called me a liar at one point during my visit and pawned me off on the ER.
  As I was telling her my concerns and asking for her to check them, she was very condescending aswell. Then she continued to talk about me after I closed the waiting room door... I really can't put into words how much this experience has bothered me and I'm sure I left things out from this review.
